Walnut wood is characterized by its warm color and flame-like grain, which gives a piece of furniture an elegant look.
Sustainability
Walnut is a solid, renewable material that, as long as it is properly managed and harvested, can be very sustainable. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the wood we use comes from an FSC or PEFC certified source.
Properties

- Walnut is softer than oak, which means it could dent more easily
- Low-maintenance finish, easy to keep clean
- Finished with a transparent lacquer that protects against moisture and stains
- Lacquer is more vulnerable to scratches and cannot be repaired locally
